How time flies. Today is a sad and happy day. The sad thing about this day is that we have to leave Wuhan. The happy thing is that we are going home and we have a lot of memories to take home.

I woke up at 8 am to get ready to go home. I still have one more thing to do before I am ready. I wanted to buy a book at a close by bookstore but Mei Yi tell me to wait for her. So as I am waiting, I get some pau to eat. She is only ready by 8.45 am. I think she has a lot of stuff to do at the room. We go to the store then brought the book that we wanted. By the time we reach back at the dorm it was 9.15 am. We have to weight our bags at 9.30 am to make sure we did not exceed 30 kg. Lucky my bags did not exceed 30 kg. Some of them exceed 30 but Mr. Chong say it was a weight as a group. We started to go to the bus at 10.30 am and we say farewell to the dorm and the local student that come to see us off. They say they will be with us until we are at the airport.

We reach the airport at about 11.30 am. It took us sometime to check in our baggage. We also take some pictures with the local student. Before the check in Mr. Chong say that our flight will be delay. It was a surprise but they say we can board another flight to Guang Zhou. It was the same flight time so it doesn't matter. By the time we finish it was 12 noon. It was very heartbroken for one of the local student. She shed tears when we are about to leave. We comfort her and we went with split with the local student for the final time in Wuhan. We reach the our gate quite early so some of us rest for a while. The flight time is 3.15 pm and I say goodbye to Wuhan for the final time when the plane lift off of the ground.

We all reach Guang Zhou at 5 pm. When we got our baggage it was 6pm. The counter will close at 6.25 pm. This mean we must hurry to get to the counter. It was too late but the stuff say the fastest way to get it on the plane it thought the Oversize Baggage Counter. After that we rush to our gate and when we reach there is was on the last call. We all make it to the plane so we all relax in the plane after that event. The plane leave the airport at 7.15 pm.

It took 3 hours for the plane to reach Singapore. We arrive in Singapore at 11 pm and hello Singapore. We all get out of the plane and all of us are happy. Then we all go to claim our baggage and I reunite with my family. Xin Hui hug her mother. We all are happy. We all say goodbye and it was so hot and humid when I got our of the airport. I also have another 1 hour to reach home in Malaysia. It was good to be home.

Today I woke up at 10 am. All of my friends wanted to shop on this second last day but I didn't join them. I need to spend this day packing. We are leaving Wuhan tomorrow and i need some time to pack.I have buy all the thing that I wanted. I hope all my other friends enjoy themselves.

After I had lunch, I have nothing to do inside the room. So, I didn't when back to the room straight away but go on a stroll beside the Yangtze River. This place is very easy to go to. Ever since I came to Wuhan I have targeted this place but I don't have the change to go there. So, I have this opportunity to go there today. This place is not very beautiful but at least I can kill some time there. You see this two picture. Beside this walking pavement is a place where they sell sands.















Oh yeah today Mr. Chong is going to treat us dinner. He order too much food so all of us can't finish the food. Later I do some last minute shopping. I brought some ancient notebook and the ink for my stamp. After we all go back to our room we start to pack again. It felt like being here on the first day.

Today's a very special day for all of us. You know that the whole night we did not sleep right? Yeah.

It was 6 am and the sky is starting to brighten up. Today morning we all eat breakfast at McDonald. The breakfast is almost the same in Singapore and Malaysia. It was a pity to the stuff in McDonald. They work no hard to keep up with all of our orders. There are only 3 person working in the morning. Okay, after breakfast we all return to our dorm to have some sleep. I thought I set a alarm at 8 am but when I woke up it was 10 am. My friends call me up. If they haven't call me I won't wake up. We all decided to go shopping again today. Yi Sheng said he doesn't want to go with us to shopping because he need some sleep.

So, our group go out shopping with 3 local student. They brought us to a place call.......... I thought this place is a good place to shop but they only sell cloth. I have nothing to buy there because it has nothing except cloth. So, I stroll with them and some of them brought some cloth. We all eat lunch later and we split up. Some of us go to Walking Street and some of us go to Tian Nou Zhen. I go to Tian Nou Zhen. When we arrive here we walk around to see what we can buy. I say something that I wanted to buy when I first arrive at China. It was a name stamp. Of course I brought it because it was my last change to get something that I was longing for. After I brought that I have completed my shopping. It was not over yet because some others still need to buy some stuff. Jerald brought a mouse and 2 bags for his relatives. Xin Hui brought 2 mouse and 1 bag. With this, today's shopping is completed.

Today we have a farewell party for the local student. This party is organize by LSCT and MDE student. We all rush back to the dorm and we are just in time for the party. It was a fun party. So much singing, dancing and eating. Today is one of the local student's birthday. So we celebrate it together. We all party till 10.30 pm because Mr. Chong said the owner of this building has to lock the door. We all return to our room after the party. Yi Sheng and I started to pack some of our cloth to get ready to return to Singapore. We will be returning the day after tomorrow. I will miss Wuhan.

Today was a tired day. This is because I do my project presentation with my group until 4.30 am. I sleep at about 4.45 am. So, it was very hard to get up. Eventually I got up and we ll arrive at the classroom 9 am sharp. Thus, the start of the presentation. It end at about 11.45 am and Mr. Chong have to go somewhere. We took our last picture of the classroom and we all go out for lunch. After lunch it we all go back to our room and nothing happen until late at night.

At night we all go to play pool. We have a surprise at the pool because today is Alan's birthday. So, we play normally first and then at 10 pm we go to a VIP room to play. Later Mei Yi brought the cake into the room and we celebrate his birthday. Today's event is not over yet. Later that night or morning, 12 am, we all go sing karaoke. I don't know how to sing so I just sit there and listen. They all sing untill the next morning and I just sleep in the room.

Today we all have to meet Mr. Chong at 10.30 am to discuss about something. The first thing he tell us is the Tutorial 9. Later he distribute our Common Test result and I got 76%. It was a good result for me. Later he told us about an English session. This session help us and the other local student to improve ours and their English. Before that we all return to our room straight away to do our project and tomorrows presentation.

At 7 pm we walk to the meeting place and it was not a happy sight. Mr. Chong was furious. He had that unhappy face and I know we had done something wrong. It was the timing. They said to meet at 7 pm and we arrive at 7.15 pm, 15 minutes late. It was not his fault but ours. He told us and we just keep quiet. The session still continue because nothing can stop it. It was a good session because I can know more about China.

Oh yeah, I forgotten about one more thing. Tonight we had a party. Today's party is to celebrate Alan and Shan Mei's birthday. We all celebrate Shan Mei's birthday at 8 pm. Alan's birthday has a twist. We all plan to lure him out and surprise him but it was not a success. Although it was not a success we still celebrate his birthday at 12 am.

Today is a fun day. Well you see today we had a Leadership Camp. It was very fun and I thought that it was a waste of time.

We all woke up at 6 am and get ready to go to another WUST branch. When we arrive there the trainer split us into 4 groups. I was group with Jasper, Yi Sheng and Li Ying. There are other people from MDE and ECE that are mix with us.

The First thing to do is to name our group and then we must create a flag and song. Our group name is call Spongebobes. It was a weird and funny name and it was thanks to Jasper. Even our name is that but our flag is the most beautiful compare to the other group's flag.

After that event our activity has started. The first activity is to make a tank track using newspaper. Later we must join it together and all of my group must fit inside it. We think our design was good because it was easy to join and repair. Even with our hard work we got third place. It was not sad at all because it was fun.

We had our lunch break after that activity. After lunch, the second activity is when the instructor say something we must bring our belongings to the other person. It was fun and funny at the same time.


The third activity is to climb up to a tall place and jump across the plank to get down. I was so scare but when I saw my other friends doing it I too wanted to do it. When my turn comes and after I have climb up, I walk to the end and jump across it. I was happy but the scary part is next. I have to jump down. It was scary and when I reach onto the ground I walk like a S shape. Even it was scary it was a good experience.

The forth activity is you have a group of people station right beside a platform. On the platform you have to face backwards and fall down backwards to let the group of people to capture you. It test your trust on other people.It was easy for me because I trust them but I was a bit scare.

The fifth activity is the most trilling one. that is because that we have to climb a 6 storey high. It was rock climbing style. This part has nothing much to say but I climb until the middle part then I fell.




Later that night we all return to our room and I started to do my blog.

Yeah. Finally our last trip is to Lulin. We all gather at the front gate at 8 am to get ready to start the trip. It takes about 3 to 5 hours to breach there. Before we reach there, during the ride, the bus driver is amazing. Why you ask? This is because he know how to pass the cars. He would horn the cars when passing it. He was really amazing when driving. I have never seen other people drive like that.

We arrive at the hotel at about 1 pm and had lunch there. The tea that they serve for my table is so orange in colour compare to the other tables. That is when I know that our tea leaves are more compare to theirs. After lunch we got our respective room and the room is the same quality as the hotel in Wudang San. It was so comfortable.

At 2.30 pm we all gather at the front of the hotel to start our program there. The place where we are going is call Valley of Beautiful Girls. This whole place is just beside a river. We are walking up stream of this river and visiting many beautiful water fall and some nice things there. This place is a scenery spot that you can't miss because it was beautiful. Oh yeah when walking along this river one of the MDE student got injured. He step on the wrong place and got cut on his shoulder. It was not that serious but everybody still take care of him. We walk up stream more to reach a place tthat has a lot of rocks. The tour guide say that the rocks in this place dates back about 7000 years back. The rock is red in colour. This place has a lot of water falls. The water here are also very clear and the colour of this river water is blue or green in colour. We all walk for 2 or 3 hours untill we reach the end and that is the end of this activity.


It is not over yet because we still have to attend a small party at the hotel after dinner. They have a small performance and some of us got up the stage to sing. It was a fun night and I have enjoy it. Tomorrow we have to return to back to Wuhan but before that we still have some activity.

On the next day after we eat breakfast we go to a place where we climb to watch some natural wonders. This place is on a mountain and call Lulin Fort Village.


This place is also once an army camp. So, they have ancient chinese army camp. To watch this natural wonders we have to climb around it. They have steps so it is easier to walk around. After seeing the scenery we go to the next stop where they have a place to play chinese chess. On the way there, there are a lot of natural wonders. After we reach this chess place we all play some chess.


The last stop is a military camp. When we arrive here I became like a child. I just love this kind of places and it was a rare change to visit it. I play with a flag and took some pictures.



We then go back to the hotel and had our lunch there.

Our final activity there is to go into a cave. This cave is call Kongshan Cave. Inside this cave is so beautiful and the lighting effect they make is also good. We walk about 1 hour inside this cave and it was not tiring at all because it was cool.

After that we are on our way back to Wuhan. It was tiring during the trip and we all fell asleep in the bus. We arrive at the dormitory at about 8 pm and that is the end of the last trip.

Okay today I'm going to tell you what we do on this two day which is Friday(3 April) and Saturday(4 April).

3 April 2009 - Friday

Today's the day that I'm starting to go shopping. We go to a place call Han Zheng Jie. It was a place where it sell a lot of stuff. It was a surprise when we got there. The only thing they sell there is normal stuff. Nothing special. So we walk around for a while and I go with Jeremy, Jin Quan, Velverie, Shan Mei, Li Ying, Kumaran and Alan to another place call Walking Street. The others stay at that place to explore more. We go there and also walk around but we also buy some stuff. They all buy cloth because it was cheap. Alan and I later then go buy some chopstick. The chopstick is so beautiful that Alan and I brought the same design. Then we walk around until about 9 something (I think) then go back to my room.

4 April 2009 - Saturday

The next day. Today's program is go back to Han Zheng Jie. Why you ask. Well Mei Yi tell us that there are more to it than it meets the eye. The place we walk around is just a part of it. There are still more. So we all decided to go to that place again with a different bus and let me tell you it was very long. That place is full of stuff to buy and what I buy there. Well I brought two small ping on a pair of shoe and a new shirt. It was so cute. Oh yeah, we got bored walking there so we go to another place call tian nou zhen. Some stay behind to walk further more. We had a problem here. Well all the taxi that we call won't go across the Yangtze river using the Da Jiao(the main bridge).The problem is not over yet. Jeremy, Alan and I ride in the same taxi but the lady forgotten to start the meter because she tell us how to got there and how many places with the same name call Tian Nao Zhen. So, she tell us the price is about 55 yuan. When we got there our other friends tell us that they only paid 30 to 32 yuan. She just cheated us. Jeremy was angry and well nothing can be done to erase the past.We all arrive there about 4 pm. Alan say that they will start to close at about 6 something. Nevertheless we walk around and Alan go to the top floor to look some China hand phone. He wanted to buy a handphone but say his budget is about 450 yuan. So, he try to bargen. It was not successful and we leave the place. When we are leaving the building the place was close. This is because Alan was trying his best to lower the phone price but never mind we are not angry. I was a bit of a jerk. This is because I always tell them to hurry up and I never think about my other friends. I felt sorry and I will do my best to correct this mistake in the future. When we got out of the building we all go back to the dormitory and later we had another party to celebrate Jin Quan and Jasper's birthday. We all where all the new cloth that we buy. It was fun and we party till about 12 midnight. I sleep at about 2 am. I think I won't wake up tomorrow for the last trip. We are going to a place call Luling.

Finally today's the common test for Environment Technology. The test start at 1 pm. You can say easy and some what hard. Some question I know but some I don't. Not only that, when my friends compare the answers, some of my answers are different from them. Don't worry I'm not going to be let down by different answers. I will still move on because the earth is still spinning. Oh yeah, today's the last day of lecture and tomorrow Mr. Chong say that we will be doing the tutorials. The learning plan is not over yet. There are still the presentation for the Environment Technology and IS. I hope that I will do fine in both of this and I will do my best of not failing it.

Okay I know that I am late in doing this blog. This is because I have less time and I need to prepare for the common test tomorrow. Okay now I will say the stuff that happen form 29 March until today. Please forgive me for combining 4 days for one post. I also know what Mr. Chong has say but please forgive me.

29 March 2009, Sunday.

Well, today I have nothing to do so I spend the whole day doing nothing except play some computer games and surf the internet.

30 March 2009, Monday.

On this day, it was also a boring day because the whole day we are all just studying and Mr. Chong remind us about the common test's day.

31 March 2009, Tuesday.

Today is also a bit boring but Mr. Chong let us to watch a movie call Earth. This movie told us about the earth from the north pole to the south pole and back again to the north pole. Oh yeah, Mr. Chong also told us that tomorrow, 1 April 2009, we are visiting the new campus of WUST.

1 April 2009, Wednesday

Today we all woke up at 7 am and gather at the front gate at 8 am. You see today we are visiting the new campus of WUST. It took 1 hour to reach there. When we reach there the site is much beautiful than the old campus. The bus let us alight at the library and that is the start of our tour around the new campus. Inside the library the is a small muzium that tell us about the WUST's history. After that they brought us to the Medical side of the school. Inside the building there is a exhibition of the human body. After that, we are taken to the room inside the building. There are beds and some human size doll on the bed. It was for the student there to practice. After the tour we are brought to a room where we done our presentation. The student there play some games with us and that's it.



Lunch time, we go to their canteen and guess what the canteen look like our Ngee Ann's convention center. After lunch it was free and easy. We stroll around the campus, took some picture and after that we go back to the old campus. Mr. Chong told us not to go back first because he need to finish his lecture. It was very tiring. After class, we all go back to study for the common test.
